Job Description
The Front Office team are the first smile our guests encounter. In this role you will:
- Lead the Front Office team with care, confidence, and strong leadership.
- Empower, build, and develop a high service-focused team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Ensure brand service standards are upheld, guest needs are met & profitability maximised.
- Drive a strong loyalty culture across the hotel, focusing on recognition, rewards & recruitment for our loyalty program
- Focusing on team development to ensure our team are continuously learning and broadening their skills
- Management of the day-to-day operations of the Concierge & Front Office teams.
- Maintain strong control over guest ledgers; monitor & understand guest accounts, ensure accurate billing & prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role with experience in a Premium or Luxury Hotel Brand
- Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and developing talent
- You will be professional, guest centric, innovative, flexible and have a true passion for our guest service experience
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS
