We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise across multiple marketing disciplines. If you’re a creative storyteller, digital marketing expert, and strategic thinker, this is your chance to make an impact. 

Job Description:

  • Assist in formulating and executing communications and media plans across multiple revenue streams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Assist in reviewing and refining communications materials.
  • Support the development of content that showcases the unique features of the hotel, dining outlets, and spa.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital, social, email, and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Assist in hosting media, bloggers, influencers, and content creators to secure positive coverage and drive revenue.
  • Support the marketing and promotion of hotel-led events to achieve engagement goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve communications strategies and support business objectives.
  • Assist the Director in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key industry players and collaborators.
  • Assist in monitoring the budget for communications campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Director on special Sales & Marketing projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of marketing, public relations or media experience
  • Familiar with the hospitality dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles, with a focus on the latest trends.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with media management, influencer engagement, and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong media network will be a major advantage
