Job Description

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef in Liverpool, United Kingdom! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to assist in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Commis Chef, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence.

  • Assist in preparing high-quality dishes for various outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting events
  • Maintain impeccable food presentation standards, ensuring each dish is prepared and served to perfection
  • Adhere to strict food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
  • Efficiently manage kitchen stock and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organized workflow
  • Support senior chefs in daily food preparation tasks and special culinary projects
  • Contribute creative ideas for menu development and dish improvements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in multiple kitchen areas as needed
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and skill development programs
