As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily hotel operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments while working closely with department heads to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring operational teams to uphold luxury service standards and embody the MGallery brand values.

• Acting as the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive the highest quality of service.

• Driving financial performance, optimizing revenue opportunities, and monitoring key business metrics such as GOP, RevPAR, and IBNOIE.

• Enhancing guest satisfaction through exceptional service, personalized experiences, and continuous quality improvements.

• Supporting the hotel's sustainability and DEI agenda, ensuring energy efficiency, inclusivity, and engagement in social initiatives like INK goes PINK.

• Collaborating with all hotel departments to meet business objectives, service KPIs, and maintain compliance with brand standards.

• Actively contributing to employee engagement, assisting Talent & Culture in implementing action plans and team initiatives.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:

• A higher education degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

• Around 5 years of operational experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.

• Experience with Opera Cloud, AFAS, Optimo, and MS Office (preferred).

• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.

• Command of Dutch language would be advantageous but is not mandatory

• A luxury hospitality mindset, dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

• A hands-on, proactive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
