 You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.

  • What you will be doing:
  • Prepares, arranges, and serves all food according to the standard set by the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the section and that they are stored properly.
  • Works in cooperation with other sections.
  • Reports any equipment on the section requiring repairs and maintenance.
  • Controls costs by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion control.
  • Handles machines, furniture, equipment and utensils that working areas are kept clean at all times.
  • Attends training classes, associates meetings, and makes constructive suggestions for improvements.
  • Perform other special tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary and a minimum of at least one year in the same role is an advantage
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
