Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, Australia, for a maternity leave coverage from May to November. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's talent management and cultural initiatives.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain employee records and update HR information systems
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing company culture events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the hotel leadership team, including scheduling and document preparation
- Help with performance management processes and documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Assist with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and relevant employment laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes quickly
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting is a plus
- Candidates must hold Full Time Working rights in Australia
