Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our All-Day Dining and In-Room Dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Manage daily operations of the All-Day Dining and In-Room Dining services.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant and room service teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
