Job Description
- To look after the day to day operation of the room service & restaurant by ensuring it runs smoothly.
- Manage and implement Pullman Brand Essentials as per concept of Aqua & IRD.
- Achieve and exceed guest dining experience expectations measured by social media feedback & RPS score.
- Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, in order to optimize the following:
- Quality levels of product and service
- Guest satisfaction
- Operating costs
- Sanitation and cleanliness (HACCP/ FSMS)
- Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food products to ensure the highest quality at all times
- Ensure all food served are being closely monitor and governed by food safety measures and meet with the highest food hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
- A graduate student/ high school or working experience equivalent in hotel/ tourism/ culinary school.
- Minimum of 3 years Supervisory role & 2 years Asst manager role in food and beverage management experience in a resort/ city hotels, preferably in the luxury setting
- A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fast learner and subsequently ability to train and develop team members
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Well adapt in a multi- cultural environment.
