Job Description
As our next Reservations Agent, you will:
- Book room reservation requests & enter rooming lists
- Update accurate information on our systems
- Recommend property facilities while assisting guests with information and special requests
- Ensure revenue is maximised by up-selling & promoting our loyalty program
- Consistently offer friendly and engaging service while ensuring the best selection for the guest
Qualifications
- Strong administration skills
- High level of professional spoken and written English.
- Guest-focused personality
- Hotel experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in an administrative based role
