Job Description

As our next Reservations Agent, you will:

  • Book room reservation requests & enter rooming lists
  • Update accurate information on our systems
  • Recommend property facilities while assisting guests with information and special requests
  • Ensure revenue is maximised by up-selling & promoting our loyalty program
  • Consistently offer friendly and engaging service while ensuring the best selection for the guest

Qualifications

  • Strong administration skills
  • High level of professional spoken and written English.
  • Guest-focused personality
  • Hotel experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in an administrative based role
