Job Description
- Oversees the Heartist Accommodation operations, ensuring that the Heartist Accommodation standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
- To ensure that all the public areas are inspected as per standards.
- To ensure the up keeping of all the public areas in the Accommodation areas, including the entrance.
- To ensure appropriate stock level for the smooth running of the Heartist Accommodation and to approve requisitions accordingly.
- To ensure that the inventories of linen and other applicable items are done and recorded as scheduled.
- To supervise the Pest Control service as per established areas and schedules.
- Random inspection of Heartists’ accommodation in the presence of a Security Heartist.
- To be involved in sustainable development and to apply energy and waste management.
- To supervise cost control and to suggest saving programs.
- To supervise and control Lost and Found and maintain records.
- To be aware of all third party visiting the accommodation and Heartists staying in the accommodation.
- To ensure a close co-ordination with the security in charge.
- To offer assistance at any time in the operations and to monitor, highlight and suggest improvements on any dysfunction.
- To ensure a proper coverage and supervision of the Heartist Accommodation at all times.
- To set performance targets for all direct subordinates and constantly monitor and increase Heartist productivity.
- To ensure and perform a proper use of all the equipment and property management system, to have a perfect knowledge of the set ups.
- To ensure the strict control of keys.
- To implement and follow up daily check lists.
- To respect schedules, terms and deadlines as agreed with the Management.
- To ensure that all Heartists are updated with the latest administrative, organizational, operational or other changes and news.
- To fulfill administrative responsibilities and monitoring activities.
- To manage any Heartist’s complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the Heartist’s satisfaction and recording it.
- To call the Asst. Talent and Culture Manager or the Director of Talent and Culture for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.
- Perform, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all maintenance operational areas (plant rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to the T&C Department.
- Supervise personally all hazardous work and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed.
- To create an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the Heartists.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Asst. Talent and Culture Manager.
