Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie is a dual branded hotel home to Acacia Bar & Restaurant and multiple conference spaces. Our hotel has a combined 247 contemporary guest rooms with our staff creating memorable moments for our guests.

As our next Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
• Promptly take guest orders with accuracy
• Maintain the presentation & hygiene of the restaurant and bar
• Set up the Restaurant, Bar and Conference spaces for events
• Become well-versed in the Menu and hotel information for guests

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in Hospitality is not required but preferable
• Positive attitude & takes initiative
• Ability to work shifts across a 7 day roster
