•Culinary Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and culinary team management.
•Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
•Operational Excellence: Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, cost management, and equipment maintenance.
•Guest Satisfaction: Foster a positive dining experience by creating innovative and delicious dishes.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing culinary team.
•Proven ability to create and execute successful food menus.
•Proficiency in food cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
•Expertise in kitchen operations, including production planning, scheduling, and sanitation.
