Job Description
•Oversee HR compliance and service delivery, ensuring seamless operations across payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
•Enhance employee engagement through recognition, training, and well-being initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
•Support Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard the best talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
•3 to 5 years of experience in HR or Talent & Culture roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
•Proven experience in HR operations, including talent relations, employee engagement, and compliance.
•Cluster experience is an added advantage.
•Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
