Housekeeping Intern
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Intern you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Key Intern Responsibilities

• Perform job duties as advised by the Head of the department.
• Regularly maintain attendance by reporting to shift timing as advised.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork skills with fellow heartists and other departments within the hotel as and when required.
• Ensure to maintain the training plan effectively and seek for assistance if any.
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
