Job Description
•Identifies areas within hotel operations where AI tools and technologies can improve efficiency, and develops and implements AI-driven tools.
•Monitors and maintains AI system performance, proposes improvements, and balances strategic planning for AI integration with hands-on operational requirements.
•Coordinates with all departments to identify points and areas for improvement where AI can be utilized, especially with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of AI in hotel management systems.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
- Minimum of one (1) year working with AI technologies, data analysis or automation solutions, ideally in a hospitality setup is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and supervise a team of employees.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and technologies such as machine learning, algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics platforms.
