Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and empathetic Talent and Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, Indonesia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates
- Lead and oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a strong organizational culture aligned with company values
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on career development opportunities
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming and equitable workplace
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and culture management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in performance management and career development planning
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing team members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong cultural awareness and experience working in diverse, multicultural settings
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of other local languages is a plus
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable
