Job Description

  •  Mixing Cocktails: Prepare and mix various cocktails according to customer preferences, standard recipes and bar concepts.
  • Menu Development: Create new cocktails, update existing menus and add signature drinks.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to take orders, suggest drinks, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Ingredient Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of different spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Bar Management: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Creativity: Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentations to craft innovative and appealing drinks.
  • Personality: Ability to create own reputation amongst the bar seen locally and with Accor

Qualifications

  • Formal education in hospitality or bartending is beneficial but not always required.
  • Experience working in bars or restaurants, especially in a bartending role.
  • Certification from bartending schools or mixology courses can be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating enjoyable drinking experiences.

  • Ability to train a team
