Masonry Worker should be able to repair and maintain Walls, Floors, Associated Painting, Gypsum Ceiling, Small Concrete / Water proofing works and other miscellaneous works.

• Performs maintenance tasks as per the work order to the required quality and schedule
• Performs duties related to work that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
• Take complete ownership function as assigned.
• Works from drawings, sketches and verbal instructions to obtain dimensions and finish specifications.
• Determines method and sequence of work operation, quality and size of raw stock and hardware necessary to complete the assignment. May also make working sketches of partition, walls, fixtures and frames in order to complete assignment.
• Perform minor repairs to civil structures, painting, tiling, gypsum work. May also construct, assemble and install permanent structures, office partitions, door, cornices and counters, panels, walls and ceilings, lays out and constructs forms, shuttering for new structures
• Ensures all precaution is taken prior to commence the job in terms of health and safety.

• Trade Certificate in Masonry.
• 3 years of experience in a similar field at Hotel Industry
