Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

What you will be doing:

  • Answer all incoming correspondence and telephone inquiries within 24 hours with the correct rates and confirmations.
  • Ensure all reservations are correctly and accurately input into Opera and maintained.
  • Ensure all reports are completed daily.
  • Conduct a daily audit of tomorrow’s arrival file to ensure accurate details are recorded in each reservation.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English. Russian or French Arabic native speaker is preferred. 
  • Highly-conversed with Opera V5 and above and MS programs. Familiarity with Accor Reservations systems is preferred.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Excellent communications skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Physical ability to work for long periods of time.
