Job Description
- Oversee ibis Styles' local network, computers, software & systems
- Act as 1st level support to fix & repair IT-related incidents & user requests.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of all ICT & multimedia systems & equipment
- Assist in-house guests on IT related matters
- Monitor the performance of systems and equipment, troubleshooting, data backup and restoration.
- Responsible for the enforcement of IT standards and policies from Accor such as users' rights, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, asset and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience in systems administration (Network systems, PABX, Office 365, POS, Opera)
- University degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Cisco certification or equivalent experience (CCNA, CCNP, A+, etc)
- Cloud computing certification or equivalent experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
