An exceptional opportunity presents itself for Head Butler to be part of the flagship Rixos Tersane İstanbul. It is a newly constructed hotel that will be representative of refined hospitality. Rixos Tersane İstanbul will present 432 bedrooms.
You will be part of a strong pre-opening “Front Office” team who will be showcasing the property.

The Head Butler/Butler Manager oversees all aspects of the butler department.

• The main duties and responsibilities of the Head Butler/Butler Manager include ensuring all Butlers under his supervision report to their daily assignments on time and are properly groomed and dressed, ensuring all
• Butlers have knowledge of in-suite services, technology and amenities and training Butlers in their performance and work-related activities.
• He/She leads and conducts regular inspections of all butler areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms and works with other operating departments, notably front office, to manage VIP guests/customers' requests.
• Apply project management techniques
• Conduct staff performance assessment process
• Manage Butler services
• Manage crisis situation 
• Monitor and reward performance in a team to support achievement of results

• University degree
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of Head Butler
• Team Oriented
• Fluent in English
• Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational skills

• Salary 45.000 TL / Net per month ( 1.500 $ )
