The Barback is responsible for assisting the bartenders in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The Barback is also in charge of restocking the bar of glassware and liquor.

Require working on the PM shifts of Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.  

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 2 year food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
