Pullman joins its sister property later in the year, just next door, Novotel Auckland Airport. The Novotel is a 263-hotel room with a buzzing restaurant, Bistro Thirteen 50.

We are looking for passionate, creative, playful and confident individuals! You will represent our Food & Beverage Night team and be in charge of providing an excellent, unforgettable guest experience that our guests will cherish. You will be responsible for setting up and packing down the Food & Beverage area, prepping for the morning service, verifying the accuracy of the kitchen's orders, swiftly delivering to our guests and you will represent the Food & Beverage department during the night shift.

You love providing our guests the best customer service possible, and it brings you joy when you communicate with them. You are persistent and have the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere. You see yourself rising to a managerial position eventually and want to achieve success in the Food & Beverage department. During the night, you will be representing Te Kaahu while making sure that every one of our guests is well taken care of by offering a welcoming, upbeat, and peaceful experience.

You will be:

• A guest-obsessed individual! You enjoy meeting people and learning about our guests. You value working in a team environment and thrive there.
• Experienced working in a Food & Beverage role is preferred - but not essential.
• Upbeat, optimistic, detail-oriented, and have a can-do attitude.
• Eager to soak up additional knowledge to hone your skills.
• The nighttime superstar of the Food & Beverage Department and will be flexible to work the night time shifts.
• Must be able to work 11.00pm to 7.30am.
