As an Arabic Coffee Man, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and authentic welcome experience for our guests, reflecting the rich traditions of Arab hospitality. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving traditional Arabic coffee, known as "Gahwa" or "Qahwa," and offering dates to guests upon arrival. You will be a cultural ambassador, introducing guests to the customs and flavors of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brew, prepare, and serve Arabic coffee and dates to arriving guests in accordance with cultural customs. Restock and refill condiments as required.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and respectful manner, providing information about the coffee and its significance in Arab culture.
• Keep the Arabic coffee setup clean and well-maintained, ensuring the coffee and equipment are in pristine condition.
• Share insights into local traditions and customs, enhancing the guest experience.
• Ensure that the coffee and dates are of the highest quality, consistently meeting the hotel's standards.
• Collaborate with other heartists to ensure a seamless guest arrival experience.
• Be knowledgeable of all VIP’s in house
• Help in Banquets when ever needed for coffee service

• Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills  including the ability to engage with guests effectively and in a friendly manner.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, while additional language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective
• Meticulous attention to detail to maintain the presentation and quality of the Arabic coffee setup.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a role related to guest service, is preferred.
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours
