Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort is ideally located in the heart of beautiful Cairns. A newly renovated family friendly resort, offering fun-filled weekends and holidays, and a complete resort option for both business and leisure travellers.

We are ready to welcome a Night Auditor to our guest obsessed team in this influential role. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will be cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Be proactive and resourceful.
• Ensuring interactions with our guests are positive, productive and memorable.
• Use your creativity, attention to detail, upbeat personality to help drive a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance, support, training and leadership to all team members.
• Liaising with all Hotel departments ensuring a seamless operation
• Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues.
• Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and colleagues.
• We are offering four days a week, which includes two day's as an night auditor and two days as an Night Manger.
• Shift times are 10:30pm - 7am.

• Previous supervisory experience in the Front Office department of a Hotel or Resort.
• A sound understanding of OPERA.
• Working rights in Australia and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Strong communication, personal and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to ‘surprise’ our guests with your natural bright and bubbly customer service style to achieve guest satisfaction
• Proven success in transforming ‘problems’ into solutions
