Job Description

How you will make an impact:

Working in collaboration with the F&B and culinary leaders, to assure planning, coordination, and execution of catering events will progress smoothly and to fullest guest satisfaction.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating with the sales and operations teams and guests to obtain required information and secure needed resources and equipment are ready.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of events
    • Coordination the catering orders of the day
    • Assure planning, resources and logistics for the day are ready.
    • Gathering orders and preparing the events of the day
    • Setting up the rooms and catering areas as required
    • Delivering services and cleaning at required time.
    • Process billing and invoices (as applicable)
  • Responsible for coordinating and installing the layout for the event space according to the client’s requirements and health & safety requirements.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed by you and all staff working during the events.
  • Supervise quality of services, food, and health standards. Do quality checks and keep records. Gather feedback and improve standards.
  • Responsible for arranging and store all the carting equipment and inventories before and after every event.

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Preferably of 1-2 years’ experience in planning and executing events service.
  • The ability to work well independently and possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills. Goal oriented attitude.
  • Strong initiative and hospitality orientation; organizational and prioritizing skills; problem solving and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, pleasant personality coupled with sound judgment, discreet and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Hands on personality and collaborative attitude.
