We are looking for breakfast superstars that are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism
• Taking orders, maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of products and suggestive selling
• Clearing and resetting tables, as well as ensuring service areas are maintained
• Entering orders into the point of sales system and managing payments
• Supporting our culinary team to provide an uncompromising dining experience

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similar role, within busy high-end dining operations
• Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
• Barista experience is advantageous
• Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and lunch service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
• Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Full Australian working rights
• A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
