Job Description

.1    Coordinates inter-office and intra-departmental communications including telephone, email and facsimile systems.

2.      Completes menus, letters, reports, meeting minutes, forms and other documents for the food and beverage office.

3.      Ensures prompt completion and delivery of documents and correspondence.

4.      Maintains office-filling system to include alphabetical, chronological, trace and daily files.

5.      Provides for English-written and verbal translation as required. Provides for proofing of same.

6.      Maintains F&B Department files to include daily,trace and others.

7.      Maintains Director's appointments and schedule.

8.      Responsible to maintain overall office organization, presentation and cleanliness.

9.      Handles information interaction with purveyors, peers and other business situations.

10.  Assist Director of F&B in updating files related to Accor Internal Audit system and in the preparation of the end of the month reporting.

11.  Ensures that sensitive documents concerning the company or individual remain private and confidential.

12.  Refrains from talking, sharing or sprayings information or gossip within or outside hotel premises.
