Job Description

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greeting guests and escorting them to their rooms.
  • Delivering luggage to room upon check-in and picking up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
  • Maintaining proper records of deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Ibis & Adagio Standards.
  • Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints, assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in hospitality or any graduate course
  • No experience required, fresh graduate welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of Opera and MS Office Programs
  • Presentable team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment
