The position of executive assistant is based on a daily basis at the Adagio access Brussels Europe, which offers economic quality accommodation for business and leisure customers, a stone's throw from the commission and the European parliament. The Adagio access has 110 apartments from studios for 2 people to large studios for 4 people, renovated common areas with “Le Cercle” Adagio concept with a buffet breakfast, a reception open 24/7 and a small market offer with its pizza corner.

Job Description

    In this job, you will take care of the day-to-day running of the hotel. The range of duties can be divided into the following areas:

    Operational

    • directing the daily operations in the hotel
    • intervening where necessary
    • follow up on procedures and regulations
    • control and communication with external housekeeping
    • purchase and stock management

    Team management

    • recruitment and training of the team
    • evaluation of employees
    • establishment of personal objectives for the employees
    • organization of team meetings
    • maintaining the friendly, family atmosphere within the team
    • scheduling, planning and task distribution

    Guests

    • ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and service
    • acting as host or hostess - welcoming guests
    • following up on reviews and possible complaints
    • maintaining commercial contacts with local companies

    Results

    • contributing to the profitability of the hotel
    • following up on P&L and monitoring budgets
    • contributing to the annual budget preparation
    • follow-up of revenue management, in consultation with head office
    • participating in commercial activities, sales blitzes, networking events, ...

    Qualifications

    The candidate must have a fulfilled work experience in hospitality and a confirmed experience in a management position, for example, as Front Office Manager or M&E / Sales Manager and you are ready for the next step.
