This is where your greatest challenge awaits:

Within the Group Tax department, you will join the Global Tax Projects team: a dynamic, high-impact team responsible for managing complex and transversal tax matters across Accor’s worldwide footprint, with a particular focus on M&A operations, tax forecast and transfer pricing.

Reporting to the VP Global Tax Projects, you will work with all of Accor’s regional tax specialists and the Transfer Pricing Director, as well as other Finance teams (accounting, FP&A, treasury…), the M&A team and external advisors.

Your mission:

Oversee the tax dimension of Accor’s M&A and strategic projects worldwide, and play an active role in the Group’s tax forecast. A true playground to put your expertise at the service of high-stakes decisions.

M&A and strategic projects

• Lead tax due diligence processes on acquisitions and disposals across all geographies
• Advise on deal structuring from a tax perspective, including holding and financing structures and exit strategies
• Draft and review tax-related provisions in transaction documents (SPA, SHA, JV agreements)
• Advise on post-deal integration and restructurings
• Coordinate with regional tax managers and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions

Tax forecast

• Oversee the Group’s tax forecast process throughout the year (monthly monitoring, bi-annual tax forecast, annual budget and multi-year business plan), in close collaboration with local finance teams and regional tax managers

France

• Support the tax team in charge of French entities on strategic projects and yearly CIT compliance

And you?

• Master’s degree in Tax Law or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in corporate tax and M&A tax, within a leading law firm or in-house
• Strong knowledge of French corporate tax and international tax law
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multicultural and evolving environment
• Fluent in English and French
