Job Description
We are searching Insurance Manager for ENA region with possible locations in Paris, London, Warsaw or Munich.
Insurance Manager will be driving the development and ensure the profitability of the Accor Insurance Program for Owners within the Europe & North Africa Hub (ENA). Oversee program renewals, ensure efficient service, premium collections and claim supervision. Making sure all insurable identified risks are properly covered with local policies. Provide expert support internally, with particular emphasis on insurance coverage and liability clauses.
- Manage local and global insurance policies and oversee claims handling across the ENA region, including Property, Liability, Cyber, D&O and local insurance lines.
- Propose and further develop Accor’s insurance programs for Owners, ensuring sustainable and profitable portfolio growth.
- Drive Loss Prevention initiatives (Property and Liability) in hotels to enhance the performance of Accor’s insurance programs and reduce overall risk exposure.
- Support internal stakeholders with contractual reviews, with a focus on liability and insurance-related clauses.
- Act as an expert on insurance topics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, insurers and key business partners.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark insurance solutions to ensure competitiveness and adequacy of coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of insurance processes, tools and governance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Legal or Finance background with min 3-4 years of experience in Risk and Insurance.
- Fluent in English (French as an asset).
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and claims management.
- High analytical skills and excel competences.
- Skilled in portfolio development, with a focus on achieving ambitious targets and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication abilities, fostering clear and effective interactions.
- Strong organisational and administrative expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
