Job Description
Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager (m/f/d) - 2 years parental leave cover
Our Revenue Management team for Europe & North Africa is looking for a Multi Hotel Revenue Manager (m/f/d). As part of the German team, you will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of several hotels across the country.
The position is a 2 year fixed-term, as part of a parental leave cover.
Your responsibilities
Analyze hotel performance using relevant KPIs such as ADR, Occupancy, and RevPAR, and derive clear, actionable recommendations
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and availability, and work closely with the hotels to develop revenue optimization measures
Prepare and manage dynamic forecasts by rooms, revenue, segments, and days based on booking trends, pick-up, and market influences
Make daily decisions on pricing, inventory management, group quotations, and distribution channels to maximize revenue and profitability
Set recommendations across Reservations, Front Office, and relevant systems such as RMS and our CRS
Work closely with General Managers, hotel teams, and your colleagues, and contribute to cross-functional team projects
Qualifications
Your profile
Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in Revenue Management, ideally within the hospitality industry
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and results-oriented working style
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong service orientation and a good sense for commercial business drivers
Experience with hotel systems such as CRS, and Revenue Management tools
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in German and English is essential
