Job Description

 

  • Oversee daily bar operations and coordinate with F&B, kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure seamless guest service
  • Maintain 5-star standards of cleanliness, setup, glassware polish, and ambience at all times
  • Act as the senior point of contact on the floor during peak hours, supporting bartenders and resolving issues in real time
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and mixologists
  • Develop seasonal promotions and signature cocktails aligned with international drink trends to drive revenue
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships for liquor, beverages, and bar supplies

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of extensive experience managing bar operations within a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
  • Service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Food & Beverage certification(s) will be an advantage
