Job Description
the Revenue & Performance Manager will provide Operational and Strategic support in driving revenue optimization, revenue systems, tools best practice and performance across the India & South Asia hotel portfolio. The role will assist in business intelligence, performance analysis, reporting, and commercial initiatives to maximize hotel revenue, profitability, and market share while ensuring the consistent implementation of Accor's Revenue Management standards and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director of Revenue in Standardising RM systems and tools and setting up best practice framework for RM leaders in the field
- Assist with regional forecast roll ups, analysis and reporting. Drive regional Forecast Accuracy goals
- Ensure system adoption and increased usage scores for all key RM Systems and tool including Ideas , Fornova, Lighthouse BI Pro and Amadeus (Agency 360, Demand 360)
- Support with regional reporting , dissemination to key stakeholders
- Analyze demand patterns, market trends, booking pace, and competitor performance to identify regional revenue opportunities
- Assist with review of hotel revenue management strategies across the India & South Asia portfolio.
- Support commercial reviews, revenue meetings, budgeting, and business planning processes.
- Conduct commercial and revenue performance analysis and recommend actions to improve hotel performance.
- Assist hotels in optimizing pricing, inventory management, market segmentation, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor Marketshare, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, RGI, TRevPAR, and other commercial KPI’s
- Develop dashboards and performance reports using Business Intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support new hotel openings, hotel conversions, and revenue system implementations.
- Review pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and distribution channel performance.
- Ensure compliance with Accor Revenue Management policies, systems, and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes, reporting automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Deliver training and guidance to hotel teams on revenue management principles and BI tools.
- Support ad hoc commercial projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Director of Revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification or certification in Revenue Management is an advantage.
- 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, or Hotel Operations within the hospitality industry.
- Experience working with multi-property hotel portfolios is preferred.
Additional Information
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Knowledge of hotel PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and distribution platforms.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
