Job Description

Regional Revenue Leadership

  • Lead the revenue strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels throughout MEAIT.
  • Drive revenue, market share, RevPAR, ADR and profitability performance.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance and eCommerce teams to align commercial strategies.
  • Support hotel General Managers and commercial leaders to deliver budget, forecast and long-term business objectives.

Pricing & Distribution Strategy

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
  • Optimize distribution and channel mix to maximize profitability and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, rate integrity and forecasting accuracy across all properties.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and emerging trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Commercial Performance & Analytics

  • Lead weekly and monthly commercial reviews with regional and hotel leadership teams.
  • Analyze performance data, market intelligence, STR reports and benchmarking tools to drive informed decisions.
  • Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning processes.

Growth & Openings

  • Support new hotel openings, brand integrations and acquisition activity.
  • Ensure commercial systems, revenue processes and reporting frameworks are implemented effectively.
  • Drive consistency and best practices across all hotels, brands and markets.
  • Play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of the MEAIT region.

Leadership

  • Mentor and develop property-based revenue leaders and commercial teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, asset managers and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in hotel revenue management, with multi-property or regional responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, distribution, forecasting and commercial strategy.
  • Experience within lifestyle, luxury, resort or international hotel environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, market intelligence platforms and hotel technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented environment.
