Job Description

Rattaché à l’équipe Customer Connect Connectivity, le/la stagiaire contribuera à la capitalisation des connaissances et à l’amélioration continue (accessibilité et cohérence) de la documentation pour l’écosystème de distribution du groupe.

Join the Customer Connect Connectivity team and contribute to the management, optimization, and quality of contents for global partners. This internship offers hands-on experience in content management and coordination with international teams.

1. Document and knowledge management

  • Inventory and centralize existing documentation (processes, tools, workflows)
  • Standardize formats and structure access to information
  • Ensure documents are clear, readable, and updated
  • Contribute to content creation (FAQs, how-to guides, etc.) to help users get the most out of the tools.

2. Support and assistance for the Connectivity team:

  • Attend meetings and Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Review, etc.) to understand the project lifecycle and the team's challenges.
  • Contribute to updating partner information and clarifying internal documentation.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within a transition environment.

3. Continuous process improvement

  • Analyze existing procedures (Demand → Delivery)
  • Propose improvements (simplification, automation, standardization)
  • Structure management tools (dashboards, ticket tracking)

The objective of this internship will be to map out and develop a target documentation structure.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Student MBA in Knowledge Management, Information & Documentation, or Project Management, or from a business school with and IT/digital focus.
  • Proactivity: taking the initiative to propose improvements to practices.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira, Miro, Teams, Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge in Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough quality assurance checks for digital content.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Writing skills and an analytical mindset: the ability to understand, synthesize, and improve.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, international team environment while managing tasks independently.
