Job Description

Leads regional performance of the Emerging Brands of brands across Europe & North Africa (Handritten, Greet, F1, Adagio).  Oversees budget and deployment of Emerging Brands brand strategies across ENA.  Effectively collaborates with Global brand leaders, ENA Full Funnel Marketing, & Publicis.  Represents brand strategies & initiatives to key owners in alignment with Go to Market, D&TS, and Development teams to drive compliance and performance.

 

·Define and lead Emerging Brands brand ambitions that align with Global brand positioning and regional performance targets.

·Lead regional Emerging Brands brand marketing investment in campaigns in collaboration with Global brands, ENA Full Funnel Marketing team, and Publicis designed to drive regional performance targets

·Engage regional Development and Design leaders to align on regional expansion strategies and investment opportunities

·Act as Subject Matter Expert on Emerging Brands strategies to key regional owners, investors, and at industry events

·Manage budget investments in regional brand campaigns to optimize ROI and performance vs brand ambitions and financial targets

·Coordinate deployment of brand initiatives across ENA aligning internal & external stakeholders.  Feed back on concept design, costs, coordinate regional pilots, prepare owner value proposition & proof points.

·Track brand performance vs ambitions and regional compset, proactively flagging performance issues to be addressed

·Ensure owner value proposition for Emerging brands are clearly defined and articulated

·Lead a Brand Manager who will support the Director with all of the above activities

·Collaborate closely across Global & ENA teams to ensure we operate with a One Team mindset

Qualifications

•Business degree, MBA preferred

•Experience in Hospitality / Travel Marketing

•Experience working with both managed and franchise hotels

 

•Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Fluent in English and French.
