Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

From Accor we are looking for a Marketing Intern for a period of 6 months for the B2B Marketing department at the Accor support office in Madrid, Spain.

This person should be very focused on digital marketing & content, working on various projects and campaigns using the different marketing channels.

Your mission:

  • Support the creation and optimization of digital content across various online channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Work on marketing projects, from building presentation to ensure assets consistency and delivery.
  • Support and actively participate on the day-to-day exchanges and relation with external marketing and communications agencies to ensure smooth operations and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns and promotions, including scheduling, asset management, and performance tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the B2B marketing team as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications

And you? 

A Marketing and digital profile, with a holistic understanding of brand guidelines, identity, marketing animation, digital marketing, and a background in:
-    Master student / Business School / major in marketing or digital marketing
-    At least already one experience in marketing or digital preferably on the B2B segment 
-    Knowledge and experience on Social Media, digital channels, websites
-    Excellent skills on digital tools
-    Good knowledge of AEM
-    Good knowledge of the B2B e-commerce ecosystem and trends or/and hospitality
-    Fluent in French and English, other languages appreciated (German, Spanish, Italian, etc)
-    Based in Madrid
