Job Description

As a Learning & Development Coordinator / Intern Northern Europe, you will support the Accor Academy team in the administrative and operational management of training activities. 

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, supporting the L&D Manager in day-to-day operations, and contributing to a high-quality learner experience. 

Desirable to live in or have easy access to London.

What will you do?  

  • Manage training enrolments and maintain participant lists  

  • Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and room bookings  

  • Support the administrative follow-up of training sessions  

  • System support and reporting of compliance e-learning 

  • Collect and consolidate participant data from hotels  

  • Prepare and distribute training materials and certificates  

  • Maintain and update training databases and tracking tools  

  • Support reporting and data analysis (mainly in Excel)  

  • Use internal systems (Learn Your Way, Mapal) to track training activities  

  • Support invoicing via internal financial system 

  • Assist with communication, translations, and general team support 

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:  

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (data tracking, processing, and basic reporting), Outlook and PowerPoint  

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  

  • Ability to manage and process data accurately  

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously  

  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style 

  • Native English speaker, additional language proficiency will be considered as a bonus   

  • Keen interest in Learning & Development and HR related area of specialism
