Job Description

The Commercial, Digital & Tech department leads the Group’s main growth drivers: distribution, global sales, loyalty programs, e-commerce, data, and digital.

With a multi-billion-euro P&L and responsibility across 45+ brands in 110 countries, its mission is to elevate guest experience and drive revenue for hotels and owners worldwide.

This integrated scope serves as the dynamic engine behind Accor’s strategic growth and innovation, seamlessly blending market reach, customer experience, and technological foundational capabilities.

The purpose of this role is to manage small airlines and brokers and turn their potential into tangible business.

As a Global Sales Coordinator trainee, you will:

  • Develop and convert inbound opportunities into revenue.
  • Structure and monitor the small accounts to maximize their long-term value.
  • Improve reporting by integrating non-managed accounts into existing tools (e.g., Tableau), providing a more complete view of commercial performance.

Your mission: 

1. Business Development (60%)

  • Manage inbound requests from non-managed airlines and brokers (RFPs, hotel follow-ups, recommendations, and negotiation support).
  • Identify, prospect, and activate new non-managed accounts with strong potential (based on available data).
  • Support the conversion of opportunities into confirmed business.

2. Operational Support (20%)

  • Support CRM management.
  • Create, update, and enrich client profiles and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency for accurate tracking and reporting.

3. Client Engagement & Events (20%)

  • Support the organization of client events (airlines and brokers).
  • Assist with coordination, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to strengthening client relationships and visibility of Accor within the airline segment.

Qualifications

And you? 

  • Master’s student from business school (Master 1 or Master 2)
  • Strong interest in sales, hospitality, and the airline industry
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
