직무 설명

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Act as the custodian of all brand elements, safeguarding brand compliance and consistency among hotels in the region

  • Implement brand initiatives and programs to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.

  • Partner with Operations  team in driving guest experience improvements with guest satisfaction metrics.

  • Oversee media relations, PR activities, and strategic partnerships in South Korea, acting as the primary point of contact for media and external stakeholders.

자격 요건

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•3–5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications, preferably within hospitality or a service-oriented industry.

•Experience working in an Advertising, Marketing, or PR agency is an advantage.

•Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
