Job Description
Support to GCDO:
- Facilitate & follow-up implementation of SOPs and processes (governance, bible, STIP, DIP, etc.)
- Support on key deals, portfolio, and retention negotiations
- Support & follow-up with regional targets and deals (One-to-One with CDOs, regional team meetings, development updates with CEOs, review of development strategy)
- Organize and support key partners' and owners' meetings (governmental delegations, partners' days, potential owners' visits, etc.)
- Prepare strategic analysis for ExCom presentation and support for performance review
- Support the implementation of global GROW strategy and support regional strategies
- Advance ESG strategy through the creation of the ESG Scorecard, trainings, toolbox, and partnerships (e.g., rrreefs)
Animation of Global Development Teams:
- Organize and plan content for the PME calendar throughout the year
- Coordinate monthly GDC, regional meetings, & support regional forums
- Foster team culture and manage internal communications
- Implement and follow-up leadership programs for Developers
- Support developers on their pitch by providing trainings and MOOC
- Produce and distribute a monthly newsletter
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in management/marketing/finance
- 2+ years in Development, Sales or Marketing
- Strong affinity with hospitality
- Strategic oriented and analytical mind
- Excellent communications skills (writing and speaking)
- Ability to work transversally
