Job Description

  • Lead the Digital & Web Strategy implementation to strengthen hotel web performance across the India Region.
  • Drive Direct Digital Marketing initiatives including SEM, website animation, microsite development, localized campaigns, social media, and OTA marketing programs.
  • Optimize Indirect Digital Marketing through strategic OTA partnerships, ensuring rate parity and compliance with Accor’s Best Price Guarantee.
  • Provide ongoing support to hotels on digital marketing strategies; conduct audits, workshops, and implement training programs to enhance digital capability.
  • Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of PPC, display, metasearch, and email marketing campaigns, tracking online performance across all channels.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and sustainability standards in alignment with Accor’s global policies and ISO certifications.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required with Minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEM, OTA programs, and social media strategies.
  • Proven track record in driving digital performance and managing large-scale online campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of TARS, Accor distribution systems, and pricing strategies preferred.
