Job Description
- Lead the Digital & Web Strategy implementation to strengthen hotel web performance across the India Region.
- Drive Direct Digital Marketing initiatives including SEM, website animation, microsite development, localized campaigns, social media, and OTA marketing programs.
- Optimize Indirect Digital Marketing through strategic OTA partnerships, ensuring rate parity and compliance with Accor’s Best Price Guarantee.
- Provide ongoing support to hotels on digital marketing strategies; conduct audits, workshops, and implement training programs to enhance digital capability.
- Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of PPC, display, metasearch, and email marketing campaigns, tracking online performance across all channels.
- Uphold safety, quality, and sustainability standards in alignment with Accor’s global policies and ISO certifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required with Minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEM, OTA programs, and social media strategies.
- Proven track record in driving digital performance and managing large-scale online campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of TARS, Accor distribution systems, and pricing strategies preferred.
