Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager Media Relations & PR to join our Communications team for Europe & North Africa. In this strategic role, you will lead and execute impactful public relations initiatives, crafting compelling narratives that elevate the visibility of Accor and our Premium, Midscale & Economy brands across the region.

What will you do?

  • Lead the management of PR projects, campaigns, and messaging mapping for the Europe and North Africa PR team

  • Oversee and coordinate strategic announcements, key company milestones and media approaches across the region

  • Spearhead implementation of key brand and corporate PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies and timely delivery

  • Develop and maintain consistent press toolkits and materials such as briefings, bios, and country overviews

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and business teams to align on strategies

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance our PR impact

  • Manage and coordinate PR agencies and suppliers to ensure consistent, efficient external communications

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in a communications or PR role, either in-house or with an agency

  • Proven experience managing international PR teams and agencies on impactful campaigns

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to PR storytelling

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Business fluency in English and comfort with crafting high-quality PR materials

  • Solid knowledge of PR tools for monitoring, reporting and content creation

  • Understanding of the hospitality and travel industry and its media landscape
