Job Description

The Digital Media Manager, Pacific will implement and analyze Accor’s media strategies in the region, aligning with MEA APAC objectives. This role requires strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to support new and existing media partnerships, enhance Accor’s media presence, and work with global media teams and agencies to maximize partnerships with Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

Executing and optimizing Paid Media by briefing and challenging agencies to create innovative media plans, ensuring alignment on measurable media KPIs, conducting research and audience analysis for targeting, and sharing best practices to enhance media performance across the region.

Collaborating with Global Media & HUB Ecommerce/Marketing teams to reach business and campaign objectives and priorities by measuring and optimizing paid media with Accor's tools (Tableau, Sprinklr), rapidly adopting global partnerships and objectives while tailoring to local needs, ensuring alignment with company strategies, and supporting tracking and attribution of media activities for ongoing investment.

Strengthening Media Partner relationships on behalf of Accor by participating in partner calls to boost performance and discover new opportunities, tracking media trends and competitors in key markets, and using a test-and-learn approach while negotiating co-funded media pilots.

Managing Media investments and Accounting Requirements by managing the budget and financial processes to meet guidelines, adhering to internal accounting procedures, identifying local business needs for visibility, and consolidating and managing local budget sources and fees.

Supporting growth & innovation by staying current with digital media trends, competition, and new channels, supporting transversal projects on data-sharing and cookieless targeting, adapting campaign reporting templates, managing multiple projects, and completing required training while identifying new upskilling opportunities.

Qualifications

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in digital or campaign management, proven expertise in cross-channel/paid media management, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in digital media tools such as Campaign Manager, GA4, DV360, YouTube, and Meta Ads Manager; experience managing large budgets and financial reconciliation; adept at handling external agencies; skilled in presenting insights and performance metrics; and flexible with working hours, including evening calls for agency and global meetings.
