Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition: Managing recruitment for various positions for the Warsaw Support Office (from job posting to offering)
  • Participation in talent attraction activities (EVP, employer branding, job fairs, etc.)
  • Ensuring smooth on-boarding process both local and regional (incl. support to hiring managers)
  • Talent Management: Oversee and participate in the entire talent management cycle for all Support Office employees (support & guidance in talent reviews, development plans, calibration meetings, database updates)
  • Employee Engagement: Coordination of the Employee Engagement committee, monthly activities, HR metrics and analysis, annual social calendar (support of survey preparation, communication, workshops, action plans, facilitation of activities, follow-ups)
  • Project Management: Supporting various HR projects coming from global or regional level HR teams and ensuring smooth implementation
  • HR Business Partnership: Being the first point of contact for people managers in the Support Office, for new/first time managers, team members and senior level management (including country leads) or abroad people managers needing local support or advice.
  • HR Support: Coordination of various well-being initiatives and staff events with other HR team timelines
  • Supporting internal communication (memos, social events, intranet)
  • Managing entry & exit interviews and ensuring smooth off-boarding process
  • Monitoring of HR metrics to ensure internal compliance and HR Audit requirements are met
  • Supporting HR Director in various HR projects; both in Support Office and hotel operations (such as hotel openings, recruitment campaigns and Employer Branding events)
  • Supporting the local HR team and Eastern European hub in an existing hotel portfolio of over 170 hotels (both managed and franchised)
  • Together with the Training & Development Specialist of Accor Academy identify relevant training needs for the Support Office employees.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years’ experience working in a similar HR role as HR Business Partner or working as an HR Manager/ HR Specialist in a hotel (or similar to hospitality industry)
  • Experience in various HR processes (recruitment, on-boarding, annual appraisal, engagement, payroll, well-being etc.)
  • Very strong command of English (min. C1), and Fluent in Polish
  • Confident and assertive individual with strong organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • An HR Professional with a friendly disposition and exceptional interpersonal skills; with a strong business acumen not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • An experienced communicator with high emotional intelligence that knows how to adapt to their audiences at all times
  • Proactive approach when working on various assignments and the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently within a clarified framework
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment and ability to prioritize and meet various deadlines
  • Previous experience working in an international company across various countries; with different managers from diverse cultures
  • Strong Team player, open-minded, flexible, passionate about HR function
  • Digital savvy, advanced command of MS Office
  • Experience in Hospitality is desirable
