Job Description

Within the Global Corporate Communications Department, the Social Media and Influencer Director contributes to the deployment of the Accor Group's corporate social media & influence strategy.

The Social Media and Influencer Director will be responsible for executing across all social media channels within the Group, organic and paid. Key responsibilities include managing the content calendar, developing strategies for campaigns as well as organic activations, measuring success by regularly analyzing KPI metrics, and building brand affinity.

  • Support the department by helping defining the Global SoMe and influence strategy
  • Develop the Group's visibility and leadership on social media, in line with the strategic topics defined by the external communication department (Employer Brand, D&I, CSR, Brands, Wellness, Digital, Development etc.)
  • Lead the team in the creation and deployment of Corporate Influence campaigns
  • Define and deploy with the different internal stakeholders, the Group's approach to Leaders Advocacy
  • Contribute to preserve Accor’s reputation on social media
  • Animate and guide the Group Social Media community
  • Analyze social data, prepare reports and insights, and optimize strategy based on results
  • Handle 360° projects in conjunction with other external communication departments.

Qualifications

As the right candidate, you should have the below requested formation & experience : 

  • Bachelor's degree +5 yrs of higher education in Communications, Politic Sciences or Business school.
  • +10 years of professional experience in marketing/ SoMe/ Communications
  • Experience in leading multichannel content projects
  • Experience in creating content for social media (video, copywriting, moderation, visual assets etc.)
  • Experience in Management

Last but not the least, the candidate should have : 

  • Strong knowledge in SoMe strategy and content production
  • Quick mastery & technical knowledge of digital tools
  • Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
  • Strong sense of organization and project management skills
  • Reactivity, adaptability, proactivity and agility
  • Proven analytical skills in social networks
  • Good coordination and project management skills
  • Fluent in English and French
