In 2021, Accor consolidated its various Data teams within the "Digital Factory" under the sole responsibility of a Chief Data Officer.
Our primary mission is to provide the entire company - from Hotels to Management, through various Business units - with Data and Analytics products serving multiple purposes. With a strong post-COVID reboot, we are in the midst of modernization (massive move to the Cloud) and transformation/scaling - approximately 150 people today organized in Tribes/Squads & Chapters inspired by the Spotify model - and are guiding teams to embed this dual "Tech" & "Product" culture in the long run.

Your Mission:
Within the Data Platform Tribe in the Data Engineering department, we are recruiting Cloud Data Platform Engineers to strengthen the teams responsible for creating and maintaining the technological components and services that make up our Accor platform "Welcome Data".
You will participate in the definition, design, development, and maintenance of the products that make up the Service offer in accordance with the department's DATA architecture vision.
On a daily basis, you will join a Feature Team composed of a maximum of ten people with varied profiles (PO, Cloud Data Engineer, QA, FlyingOps, Scrum Master), under the direct supervision of the "Tech Lead".
Your Daily Missions within the Feature Team are:
- Develop the products and services of the DATA platform used by Accor Data Engineer teams.
- Work as a team to develop and define product features.
- Ensure code compliance, maintainability, and quality (TDD, Sonar, etc.).
- Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents or anomalies occurring on the team's products. (Build it/run it)
- Contribute to cross-cutting projects (software factory-CI/CD, monitoring, catalog, etc.).
- Actively participate in the life of the feature team punctuated by agile ceremonies.
- Ensure the coherence of the services offered.
- Respect and promote development patterns.
- Participate in the "Data Tech" community animation (sharing best practices, code capitalization, tech watch, etc.).
Qualifications
And you?
- Graduate in Computer Science, Data Analysis & Big Data, MIAGE, Business Consulting, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience related to Data and Cloud domains.
- Required Data & Cloud skills:
- Essential:
- DevOps on AWS: infra as code with Terraform, CDK mainly on "serverless" components (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS).
- Backend: Python, Java, TypeScript.
- GitLab.
- SQL.
- Desirable:
- Splunk (SPL).
- Node.js, Docker.
- Front end: React JS.
- Snowflake.
- Essential:
