Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

As a Global Ecommerce Demand Growth Manager within the Global E-Commerce Growth team, your primary mission is to analyze Accor’s business, its trends and identify opportunities for growth. Focusing on Accor’s Demand, you will look after every source of traffic for Accor. You will collaborate closely with our data team to develop our analytical tools (dashboarding, Models…) further to support your work, as well as various teams, including the global Business Performance, the E-Commerce & Customer Engagement teams, business units (BUs), and digital partners/suppliers.  

Your responsibilities include : 

  • Defining Key ratios of performance to help understand and pilot Accor’s Ecommerce performance 

  • Develop tools to showcase and follow Accor’s Ecommerce KPIs  

  • Conduct analysis of web direct channel’s performances (Acquisition levers performances, point of sales, booking typology, customers’ segment, LTVs, ), and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities to enhance ALL.com & APP Growth. 

  • Conduct Monthly Performance Committees with Business Units to keep them inform of current performances and pocket of growth identified 

  • Build, develop and pilot a project Roadmap with Accor’s business units to ensure follow up and improvement on key topics for Accor’s Growth 

  • Conduct deep analyzis of our customers that are not booking on web including client segmentation, key learnings, and key actions to digitize part of them 

Your tasks :

  • Collaborate with Business performance team and business units (BUs) to lead web direct analysis and pilot relevant action plans  

  • Define standards of analysis and KPIs’ list that Accor will follow across units to define what successful growth and successful metrics means 

  • Develop relevant tools (Dashboards, models…) to showcase KPIs and how Accor stands in regards of these metrics 

  • Pilot Ecommerce Performance Committees with our Luxury and Lifestyle divisions and support PMEs in their analysis 

  • Set up recurring meetings and project roadmaps to help Business Units identifying growth opportunities within their markets 

  • Structure OKRs approach for our Ecommerce team and build relevant tools to help following up 

  • Collaborate with internal teams : BUs, data teams, Ecommerce and Loyalty teams, CRM … to define which relevant client segments / bookings we should develop further to fuel Accor’s growth 

  • Enrich Accor’s signals with external data (Similarweb, insights from partners …) 

  • Adopt a proactive approach and challenge the status quo 

Qualifications

And you? 

  • You have a genuine interest in e-commerce activities, combining a keen understanding of e-commerce strategies with performance monitoring. 

  • You have the ability to rally and prioritize with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the successful development and visibility of actions. 

  • You have project management experience and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • You have significant experience in Startup, E-Retail or E-Commerce. Having worked in  the hospitality, distribution is a plus. 

  • As this job is not a marketing / Acquisition job, you must show a strong 360 Business understanding and great analytical skills 

  • You have 4+ years of experience with a significant experience in a Startup, E-Retail or E-Commerce environment, with a data-driven approach. 

  • You are comfortable in complex international environments that evolve rapidly. 

  • You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's +5) from a business school Engineering school or equivalent, with strong Analytical skills. 

  • You are fluent in French and English. 

  • You have a strong interest in e-commerce, digital, new technologies, as well as a deep sensitivity to the tourism sector. 

  • You enjoy challenging results and have a continuous improvement mindset. 

  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, translating quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations. 

  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial, you can navigate within an organization undergoing digital transformation. 

  • You can establish quality relationships with various stakeholders while maximizing the achievement of your objectives. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a team environment and cross-functional collaboration 

  • Demonstrating a genuine interest E-Commerce activities, you will combine a keen understanding of E commerce strategies. You know how to rally and prioritize with your internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the successful development and visibility of your actions.
